1. Porosity caused by improper die-casting parameters
In the die-casting production of security camera die-casting parts, if the die-casting parameters are not selected properly, the filling speed of aluminum liquid die-casting is too fast, and the gas in the cavity can not be completely and smoothly squeezed out of the cavity, thus being rolled into the aluminum liquid by the liquid flow of aluminum liquid. Due to the rapid cooling of the aluminum alloy surface, it is wrapped in the condensed aluminum alloy shell and cannot be discharged, forming large pores.
2. Pores caused by excessive product wall thickness
In the shape of the security camera die casting, there is often a problem that the wall thickness difference is too large, and the shape of the product cannot be changed. The center of the wall thickness is the place where the aluminum liquid condenses, and it is also the place where the air hole is very easy to appear. This kind of pores with wall thickness is a mixture of separating pores and shortening pores, which cannot be avoided by common methods.

In the production of security camera die castings, the pouring temperature of molten aluminum is usually 610 to 660. At this temperature, a large amount of gas (mainly hydrogen) will be dissolved in the molten aluminum. The solubility of hydrogen aluminum alloy is closely related to the temperature of aluminum alloy. When aluminum alloy condenses, a large amount of hydrogen precipitates and exists in aluminum die castings in the form of bubbles.
4. Pores caused by poor exhaust
During the die-casting of the security camera die-casting parts, due to the blocked exhaust channel of the mold and the poor structure of the mold exhaust planning, the gas in the mold cavity could not be completely discharged smoothly during the die-casting, resulting in the existence of air holes in some fixed parts of the product. The pores formed by the gas in the cavity are sometimes large and sometimes small, and the inner wall of the pores is oxidized by aluminum and air. Unlike the air hole produced by hydrogen separation, the inner wall of the hydrogen separation air hole is not as smooth as the air hole and has no oxidation color, but is gray.
5. Porosity and shrinkage porosity caused by aluminum alloy shortening
Like other materials, aluminum alloys become shorter when they are condensed. The higher the pouring temperature of aluminum alloy, the greater the shortening. The single pore caused by volume shortening exists in the condensed part of the alloy.
