For example, the colloidal gold reagent is used as a signal by directly observing the gold particle sol bound to the protein. This signal is visible to the naked eye and does not need interpretation equipment qualitatively, so it is usually used for rapid diagnosis, such as early pregnancy reagent and COVID-19 reagent this year.
