2; Forming system

The plastic mold forming parts system refers to various parts combinations that constitute the shape of the product, including moving mold, fixed mold, cavity (female mold), core (male mold), forming rod, etc. The core forms the inner surface of the product, and the cavity (die) forms the outer surface shape of the product. After the mold is closed, the core and cavity form the cavity of the mold. (insert molding, lamination mode, etc.)

3; Guidance system

The plastic mold guide system is set up to ensure that the moving mold and the fixed mold can be accurately aligned when the mold is closed. The guide parts must be set in the mold. In the injection mold, four sets of guide pillars and guide sleeves are usually used to form the guide components. Sometimes it is necessary to set the inner and outer conical surfaces on the moving mold and the fixed mold to assist in positioning.

4; Cooling system

In order to meet the requirements of injection process on mold temperature, a temperature regulating system is needed to adjust the mold temperature. For injection moulds for thermoplastics, the cooling system is mainly designed to cool the moulds, and the moulds can also be heated. (The mold has applied extremely cold and extremely hot technology)

5; Ejection system

Ejection system of plastic mold generally includes: ejector pin, front and rear ejector pin plates, ejector pin guide rod, ejector pin return spring, ejector pin plate locking screw, etc. When the product is formed and cooled in the mold, the front and rear molds of the mold are separated and opened, and the ejector mechanism-the ejector pin pushes the plastic product and its condensate in the runner out or out of the mold cavity and runner position under the push of the ejector pin of the injection molding machine, so as to carry out the next injection molding work cycle. (Secondary ejection and in-mold hot cutting technology)

6; Exhaust system

The plastic mold exhaust system is set up to exhaust the air in the cavity and the gas generated by the plastic melting during the injection molding process to the outside of the mold. When the exhaust is not smooth, the product surface will form air marks (air marks), scorching and other defects; The exhaust system of the plastic mold is usually a grooved air outlet set in the mold to exhaust the air in the original cavity and the gas brought in by the molten material. (Mold vacuum forming)

VII; Core-pulling system

If there are concave-convex shaped holes or bosses on the side of the plastic part, it requires a side punch or core to form. Before the plastic part is pushed out, the side punch or side core must be pulled out first, and then it can be pulled out smoothly. The mechanism that makes the lateral punch or lateral core move is called the lateral core-pulling mechanism.
