Thermoplastic molding mold is to add plastic into the mold cavity, gradually heat and apply pressure, the plastic becomes viscous flow and fills the entire cavity, then stop heating, open the cooling device, open the mold after the plastic cools to below the thermal deformation temperature, and take out the products.
Thermoplastic molding dies have the characteristics of low density, good toughness, good impact resistance, good water and solvent resistance, low cost, and can be recycled directly. Besides, raw materials are easy to save, production efficiency is high, and production process energy consumption is low. Replacing thermosetting composites with thermoplastic composites can not only reduce weight, reduce cost, improve production efficiency, save energy, but also conform to the trend of environmental protection. Therefore, thermoplastic molding dies have also begun to be more and more widely used, such as in the automotive industry.
