The machine tool consists of components such as the bed, wire storage mechanism, wire guide frame, XY worktable, and oil tank. The molybdenum wire, wound around the wire spool, moves rapidly back and forth through the wire guide frame. The workpiece to be processed is securely fixed on the XY worktable. Motion in both the X and Y directions is precisely controlled by individual stepper motors. For every signal sent by the CNC system, the corresponding stepper motor advances one step, which in turn drives the screw rods in both directions via an intermediate transmission mechanism, enabling the X and Y worktables to move accordingly.
